Important Information

When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

All course enrollments and batch memberships
Purchased notes and study materials
Wallet balance and transaction history
Chat messages and communication history
Download history and offline content
Progress tracking and learning analytics
All personal data associated with your account

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. During this period, you can still access your account, but we recommend not using it if you're certain about deletion.

Before You Delete

Before requesting account deletion, please consider:

Download your data: If you want to keep any course materials or notes, download them before deletion.
Wallet balance: If you have a wallet balance, consider using it for purchases or contact us for a refund.
Alternative solutions: If you're facing issues, consider contacting our support team - we're here to help!
Re-registration: You can create a new account anytime, but you'll lose all previous progress and purchases.
